You may have seen a few items pop up in your Engager account, items like board room minutes and shareholder details, appearing in your Document Templates - the cat's out of the bag, we're that good that we're building you a Company Secretarial feature in your Engager account - for free.

It's not a bolt on, it's a 'platinum user only' kind of affair. 

 

As with everything we do, it's all part of your existing plan - not many practice management firms can say this!

So the first few months of 2025, we're going to be flat out building a tool to help you with future CS01s, board minutes, shareholders changes etc. 

At present, you will need to either file your changes directly with Companies House or via a third-party.
