Why can’t I see all my email subfolders in Client Engager?

There is a limit on the number of subfolders and the number of levels the Microsoft API allows APIs to access. We pull the maximum information we can from the Microsoft API.

At the time of creating the API to Microsoft there was not a work around to allow us to access and pull through more of your subfolders into Client Engager. We are reviewing this regularly and if the limits change we will of course match the new limits from Microsoft.

This issue only impacts users using the Microsoft office 365 API, Gmail has no known limits.
