How does Client Engager count clients towards the subscription limit?
Client Engager only looks at “active clients’ for the count to the subscription client count.
We do not count:
contacts, a contact is someone related to a business or individual that is marked as a contact in Client Engager.
Prospects, anyone on the prospects list in client view don't count towards the subscription limit
Archived Clients, any clients listed under archived on client view aren’t included towards subscription limit
