2 of 10: Customize Your Documentation with Ease

Ready to tailor your documents?

In this section, we want you to get comfortable with our handy, default document section  and be able to customise these to your practice’s preference. Think of a document as anything from a Professional Clearance Letter, Letter of Engagement or Schedule of Service.

You can use your existing documentation if you prefer, create brand new with your own wording, tone of voice to help manage your client bank or edit our existing templates - we’ve created a wide range of documents for you to get started with.

Head to Settings - Document Templates - Documents

We have handy ‘placeholders’ available throughout the system that act as mail merges for including in your documentation.

Example - using the placeholder UTR will pull through the Corporation Tax UTR that you’ve added to that specific client - ideal for sending out ‘accounts filed’ emails.

We will provide you with a number of documents ready to use in your practice’s day to day, but you may want to reword these slightly. You do this by selecting the pencil icon to EDIT
