How to delete a client record

Although we don't really recommend deleting data from the Engager platform, there are times when you've made a genuine mistake and just want to get rid of what you've done. 
Additionally, this could be a prime opportunity to check your PERMISSIONS for your staff in their settings - it could be that they can access this option, so make sure you're happy with their level of permissions in Engager -

So, head to Clients, select the client in question and then you're looking for Step 9 / Summary

You'll see DELETE client at the bottom of the page. 

You'll then be prompted to re-enter your password to approve



Click on Yes and this client record is removed completely
