When you're importing your clients, you have face a situation whereby the same email address is being used by the LTD and a contact / director. The system will not allow duplicate emails for the import to work successfully, so here's the best way around it
1 - Delete the email address from the LTD section. It's a system requirement for the INDIVIDUAL / SOLE TRADERS have an email address, not the LTD
2 - The system should link the contact to the LTD as it's searching for matching details like Forename and Surname.
3 - If they don't link automatically, link them via the LTD section 2 - 'Related individuals and contacts'

During the import, it's important to acknowledge and fix any error messages - eventually, it should return a GREEN message stating the data is VALID
Once Imported, because they shared exactly the same forename and surname, the system has automatically linked the 2 entities together, without manual manipulation. This is how the system should work.

If for whatever reasons yours do NOT link automatically, simply locate the LTD and in section 2 'Related individuals and contacts', ADD
