Navigating the Client Page Page
There's so much to explore within Engager, and there's even more on the Client's Tab - lots of subtle options that you may not have seen before
So lets go through these options and how they can help you
Head to Clients across the top
You have various tools along the top

Click on Columns

This gives you the ability to choose which columns to see in the client list

Click on filter and this gives you the ability to filter information similar to on
Excel
Super handy if you want to use Engager to start creating visual reports to then BULK MESSAGE FROM - think, missing UTR Numbers before your Self Assessment campaign - you need this info quick, so using filters, you'll find the empty spaces and can then BULK email clients for the missing piece

Click on fees and if you are recording fee in Client Engager this will show you
a break down of fees in services and client type
You can import data and export it by clicking data

Under MISC you can tailor how certain information displays
